Marketing Research for Elder Service Providers

Market Street Research has specific experience in assessing the health and social service needs of older adults. Our work has included studies by nationally respected university programs responsible for designing public housing for seniors, as well as surveys of home health care recipients, military retirees and their family members, people who live in nursing homes and continuing care facilities, older adults with disabilities, and caregivers-both family and health care workers such as nurses.

We have studied a broad range of subjects affecting seniors and their families, including sensitive and personal topics such as:

  • Ability to perform activities of daily living, such as bathing or dressing
  • Need for supportive services in elderly housing
  • Need for case management services
  • Support for caregivers
  • Use of and satisfaction with managed care
  • Attitudes toward and satisfaction with health care facilities
  • Alzheimer's disease and dementia
