Linda Shea
Research Associate

As a Research Associate at MSR, Linda works in support of our analysts, conducting in-depth interviews, secondary research, editing and support writing, response coding, and project management. Linda also prepares tables and graphics for our highly customized research reports and presentations, and manages MSR's extensive in-house library resources. In addition to these responsibilities, Linda also oversees all arrangements for focus groups for our clients.

Linda began her employment at MSR in 1994 as an Executive Interviewer specializing in physician and business interviews. Linda has also worked as a Coder, Data Collection Supervisor, Data Collection Manager, and Research Assistant before her current position as Research Associate, providing Linda with extensive marketing research experience.

Before joining the MSR team, Linda worked as a Special Student Assistant at the Interlibrary Loan Department at the University of Massachusetts. She also volunteered as a Direct Service Advocate for Safe Passage in Northampton, MA.

In 1994, Linda graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts. She currently resides in Greenfield, and acts as Treasurer for the Western Massachusetts Sacred Harp Convention, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting community and fellowship through social singing.
