Doreen Masi
Business Manager

Doreen joined MSR fourteen years ago, was our Office Manager from 1997 until 2006 and is now our Business Manager. Hers is one of the pleasant voices you'll hear when you call our office.

In addition to greeting callers, Doreen handles all the day-to-day details that keep MSR running smoothly. She prepares budgets, contracts, and invoices for our clients, and manages internal bookkeeping and payroll. She also oversees facility maintenance and handles a wide range of other administrative tasks.

Doreen was born here in Northampton, MA. She spent over a decade making her home outside of Massachusetts, but finally returned to Northampton in 1992, where she now lives with her husband, Mike, and their two sons.
